This Director recruits, supports, and leads teams to maintain, repair, and improve the facilities that ministry is done in; they do not do all the work themselves.

Role Particulars: What this person owns

• Recruits, supports, and leads teams to maintain, repair, and improve the facilities
• Plan the work in 3 hours chunks (when possible) for teams to tackle
• Plan maintenance and direct those who do it
• Estimate budget and schedule of projects with an admin partner
• Qualify service provides and get bids on projects that need them
• Find cost savings when possible

Excellence: How to go above and beyond ****

• Get materials donated
• Network with craftsmen and technicians who volunteer their time
• Find and plan for a Men’s Missions Trip to come work on the church from outside

General Expectations:

• Meet with Pastor Seagraves as needed to discuss
• Continue developing your leadership skills through reading, and courses
• Turn in receipts to be reimbursed, less than $150, if needs are more than $150 submit a proposal and budget beforehand
