Vision: Those in service or on livestream are supported in worship and engagement, with good audio levels adapting to the different people using the audio system.
Role Particulars:
- Recruit and develop alternates according to their character, worshipful attitude, and skill, in that order of priority
- Create a checklist for each sound process, promoting their consistent use
- Update these checklists as things change
- Work with and be scheduled by the Worship Leader
- Encourage and appreciate the volunteers for what you can, admonish and correct in private
- Work with the other ministry teams to put on a Worship Conference
Excellence:
- Meet with your team for fun, to foster trust and relationship in the team
- Improve the team’s skill through collaboration meetings, courses, etc.
General Expectations:
- Meet with Pastor Seagraves as needed to discuss
- Be a part of the Team Meeting on Sundays at 10:30
- Continue developing your leadership skills through reading, and courses
- Turn in receipts to be reimbursed, less than $150, if needs are more than $150 submit a proposal and budget beforehand
- Mandatory Reporter Policy: If you learn of sexual or physical abuse or exploitation, you must report it without exception. This includes pictures and videos.
