Because The Sanctuary is growing, and we anticipate much more growth, we are sharing these opportunities. 12 to 36 months is the typical commitment period. Underlined positions have a full Role Description linked. Almost all positions are servant leaders who will recruit a team, develop and lead that team to accomplish a ministry area together. Almost all roles can grow to eventually receive a stipend.

Here, a leader is a “Pastor” if they are licensed and helping shepherd others officially. If not licensed, or not shepherding, they are a “Director.” Many of the Director positions can become a “Pastor” role.

First Priority Leadership Roles and Team Roles to Fill Now
- [ ] **Administrative Director -** Helps Pastor Seagraves plan and schedule, directs information, improves the systems of the church, keeps us all on schedule. Works with Pastor directly.
- [ ] **Children’s Ministry Director** - Recruits, develops, and leads a team to minister to children in Sunday School and other times. Works with the Pastor in the Discipleship focus.
- [ ] Facilities Director - Leads teams to maintain, repair, and improve the facilities that ministry is done in. Works with the Pastor in the Service focus.
- [ ] Media and Live Lead - Owns the Media presentations in church such as lyrics, and the livestream. Trains alternates to run media. Reports to the Worship Leader.
- [ ] **Sound Lead -** Owns the sound production value in practices and services, solving sound issues. Trains alternates to run sound. Reports to the Worship Leader.
- [ ] Visual Capture **Team** - Takes photos and videos when the church meets, so that we can testify and celebrate. Reports to the Promotions Director.
Leadership Roles to Fill
- [ ] **Bible Study Director** - Primary Bible Study teacher, for members to connect others to. Trains people on and champions personal Bible studies as a ministry. Works with the Pastor in the Discipleship focus.
- [ ] Small Groups Director - Train and support our small groups hosts, gathers reporting, develops more hosts, and celebrates group and hosts. Two semesters a year; Spring and Fall. Works with the Pastor in the Fellowship focus.
- [ ] Military Evangelism Director - Keeps focused effort on ministering to the service members, families, veterans in our community. Works with the Pastor in the Fellowship focus.
- [ ] Recovery Groups Director - Recovery groups are led well, and participants connected to the church. New leaders are recognized and developed. Works with the Pastor in the Fellowship focus.
- [ ] College and Careers Leader- Gathers this age group to doctrine, involvement, and fellowship. Works with the Pastor in the Discipleship focus.
- [ ] Christian School Principal / Director- Organizes the online tutor-based Christian hybrid school (Can launch now in our common spaces)
- [ ] Families Ministry Director - Supports parents with activities, groups, and community connections to build a strong family, is a reason families choose our church
